I entered Zane Green Coaching feeling exhausted, struggling to balance the many demands of my busy life, and wondering how I could move into a place of feeling centered, calm, and 'on track'. I was hopeful, but weathered - over the years, I have completed numerous self-improvement courses, gone through world-class strategic planning training through my employment, read countless self-help/ goal-setting books, and been in therapy (with a strong cognitive-behavioral background) for over 15 years.

Today, nearing the end of only a 6-week coaching program, I feel invigorated, energized and excited about my life! And the results are tangible too. I have stopped smoking (a habit I have held onto for almost 12 years), defined my key roles and responsibilities in my workplace, given away 3 bags of 'stuff' to the underprivileged (as a result of clearing out the clutter in my home), and most significantly to me, gone through the biggest work 'spurt' I have had yet in the 5 years of my Doctoral program - I am now 'on track' to completing it in just a few months.

These results - both 'feeling' and evident - have occurred as a direct result of the coaching program. I marvel at how much has been achieved in only 6 hours of coaching - WOW!
